The rooms made me feel like I was in my house rather than in a hotel/motel. The hotel staff helped accommodate some last minute changes in room requirements.

Comfortable Stay with Nearby Amenities
The staff was friendly. We loved the cozy Beautiful Queen Room, perfect for our getaway. Breakfast at the Best Western down the street made mornings easy. Just be prepared for the coffee situation and the limited front desk hours.

Perfect for a solo adventure
The best part? The owners genuinely wanted us to feel at home, they helped us out with directions and tips on where to eat.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but still reasonable.

Fantastic location (for Kanab), super friendly, professional front desk staff (owners of the motel). Uncommon layout of the rooms (2 room suite) allowed for more prvivacy. Upgrade from regular room was only $10/night!. Thicker than average walls allowed for a good night sleep. Shared veranda (the suites, upper floor) allowed for outdoor relaxation and easy mingling with other guests.
No continental breakfast offered (since it's an older motel, there's no restaurant on premises). Only hot water/coffee available. The pool closes before Oct long weekend : - (

Was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Personal very friendly. For a few nights stay, not a bad deal.
The wifi was very poor. So using any lap tops, ipads, forget it. We wanted to download pictures on facebook and was dropped all the time. Had a little time to pick up emails. That's about it.

Ideal choice for a short layover in Kanab with fantastic value. The fenced dog run was a nice touch for our hounds. Make sure to check out the taco truck in the parking lot.

Check-in only until 10 pm but they left the key for us as we arrived later.

Great location to visit Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce as well as other more local sites. Kanab is a nice little town with very friendly people. The owners were helpful and a quick visit to the town's tourist info center was very helpful too.
